It's something that we started using as a business probably three or four years ago and frankly I don't know how we got by with without it. The ability to track all of our customers from the initial contact all the way through point of sale and retention is unlike anything we've ever experienced. Being able to have all facets of the business, have access to these customers and be able to use the same information to provide the ultimate customer experience while ensuring that we're nothing. Slipping through the crack is. Is unbelievable. It's allowed us to set and drive sales goals and reach and attain sales goals. I just can't say enough. Garrett and Milika are super responsive to any customer questions we have, any kind of customization we've needed in the past they've been able to help help us and and be very, very responsive in that fact. Video transcript: Kinsolve has been fantastic to work with. They've been super responsive. They have helped us get through kind of those technical hurdles of getting everything set up. I think they always get back to us within an hour when we've reached out with any issues. For in the past, it's really, really, really nice to have someone who's there and is an actual human and, you know, cares about helping you succeed with the technology and the tool that you've purchased from them. So I'm so grateful that we have found a platform that's going to meet our so many areas and that we're going to be able to grow into. But not only that, that we know that we have a team who's going to help us to reach those goals and to actually be able to utilize the technology that we have. In the past I've had experiences where I've tried to move into systems like this kind of the back end CRM or the marketing automation and it's just been so painful and a lot of times I get stuck and I give up and then I end up having this tool that I'm not even using. And I know that with console that experience is going to be different because they've already helped us overco barriers like that and are trying their very best to make sure that we can be successful with the tool and have what we need in order to grow our business. So five stars all around. Highly recommended. If you are looking for a CRM marketing automation system, console is the way to go. The technology is there and then they add this level of support that just takes it to the next level. So do it. Highly recommended.
